As we enjoy the beauty around us, our mood is au beau fixe. Romorantin is a small village near Bourges, a hidden jewel in the heart of France. It has it all: beautiful old traditional homes, profusion of flowers, and a small river to reflect all the beauty on its calm waters. In theses houses, I love the construction materials mixing old thin discolored bricks with stucco and beams. Also, these small windows emerging from the tiled roofs, that have different shapes. Uneven, imperfect: that's where I find the charm of the antiques, in furniture, in buildings, or in nature.
